How do i make this portable dvd player play dvd’s again?

i have a cyberhome portable dvd player and it use to play dvd’s but lately it only plays CD’s. Everytime i put in any dvd it says a question mark as in it cant read it or if the disc is mediocre scratched it says disc error…what do i do?

There is a dvd lens cleaner disc that they sell at your local retail store,It has little brushes on it so it cleans the lens of your dvd player try it… They only cost around $10 or so……..

Cyberhome products come pre-defective from the factory.
Try cleaning like the guy said before me…then toss it in the bin. Buy a decent box next time.
