Eliminate unhealthy food options from all places that you spend time at. It may seem cruel, but the reality is that if it isn’t there, you won’t be tempted to eat it. Stock your home, office and other locations where you might eat, with a variety of healthful food selections. Have fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts handy for when you feel like snacking.

Ask your buddies to offer moral support. They can provide you with motivation, support, encouragement and advice. If you have a coach or a mentor, it makes it easier to avoid quitting when you are tired or feeling down. Call your friends any time you are in need of a little help. They will be able to get you through the tough times by offering you a supportive shoulder.
